I will be adding more information on our newest generic customer support program, QUAD Help Desk Client Server Edition 2006, soon. I will be adding a link to sample web pages which will be provided to licensed users as a free thank you for purchasing a site license. However, you can download a fully functional 30 day trial version today.

Unlike QUAD Help Desk Standard and Pro Edition, this version utilizes a Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition backend (you need to have that already installed). There are two versions of QUAD Help Desk Client Server 2006: One version utilizes user and procedure security as does QUAD Help Desk Pro Edition while the other will not use these features. The database structure is the same for both versions.
